Sayed Hadi Alalawi

Hadi Al Alawi is the founder and senior partner at Hadi Alalawi & Co. Hadi holds a B.Sc. in Law from the University of Bahrain and he is licensed to practice law in Bahrain since 2005, Hadi has extensive long practice and in-house experience as a Bahraini licensed lawyer. Hadi holds the post of legal affairs Manager in many high respectful organizations and companies, with particular expertise in corporate law, corporate governance and the nuanced application of these areas to state-owned enterprises. In addition to the above Hadi was director in many different companies. He practices in the courts of Bahrain in various areas and specialized in corporate, contract law, commercial and litigation.
